Shuttle Bus Schedule for Annual Meeting

Buses for the Crowne Plaza, Embassy Suites, Fairfield Inn, and Ramada will leave and drop off from the ACC in front of the East Building on Tijeras Boulevard. Shuttle service departs approximately every 25 minutes, so please plan ahead.
There are three shuttle bus routes from the hotels to and from the ACC:
- Fairfield Inn and Crown Plaza
- Embassy Suites
- Ramada
The shuttles will run on a loop, picking up and dropping off continuously.
If you will be attending the Wednesday evening Student Welcome Reception, please note that the last shuttles from the Hyatt leaves at 11:00 pm.
