How to apply for permission to reproduce SAA material in books and other mediaPermission requests must be submitted in writing to SAA and must state the page, volume, and issue numbers of the material being requested and must include a description of the forthcoming publication in which the requested material will be incorporated. The fee for reproduction is $15 for the first page or significant part thereof, and $10 for each additional page or significant part thereof. Granting of permission by the SAA is contingent upon written permission of the author and payment of the required fee (both prior to the time permission is granted). Direct permission requests to:
