The 77th Annual Meeting of the Society for American Archaeology, April 18-April 22, 2012 will be held in Memphis, TN. SAA will be using the Memphis Cook Convention Center, the Marriott Memphis Downtown (headquarters hotel), the Courtyard by Marriott Memphis Downtown (overflow), the Crowne Plaza Memphis Downtown (overflow), the DoubleTree Hotel Memphis Downtown (overflow), SpringHill Suites by Marriott Memphis Downtown (overflow), and Comfort Inn Downtown (for students only) and the Sleep Inn at Court Square (for students only). While the number of blocks between a particular hotel and the convention center/headquarters hotel varies, all hotels are within a brief walking distance to the convention center and to the headquarters hotel.
